1. This is a tax-included service channel.
2. The minimum chargeable weight per carton is 10KG. Cartons weighing less than 10KG will be charged as 10KG.
3. A fine of 5,000 RMB will be imposed for any undeclared batteries discovered. The sender will also be responsible for all resulting costs, including return shipping fees, airport unpacking fees, and overseas sorting/handling charges.
4. For smooth customs clearance, please declare the contents of your shipment accurately and in detail according to the commercial invoice/packing list template. Misdeclaration or omission is strictly prohibited.
5. If misdeclaration or omission is discovered at our warehouse, a fine of 5,000 RMB will be imposed. If discovered by port or customs authorities, goods are subject to confiscation with no refund of freight charges.
6. Please avoid under-declaring values, as this may lead to customs inspections, fines, seizures, and delays. The declared value should be at least 25-30% of the Amazon selling price.
7. All disputes related to UPS billing must be raised within 3 months.
8. Final delivery will be allocated via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or truck delivery.

1. Cartons that are torn, deformed, or have insufficient surface area for a shipping label will be rejected. Irregularly shaped cartons are not accepted.
2. The chargeable weight is calculated based on whichever is greater: the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
3. The declared description (including brand, material, composition, etc.) must match the actual goods. The consignor bears full responsibility for any customs delays, seizures, and additional costs resulting from discrepancies. (Note: Customs examination costs in Canada are approximately CAD $2,000,withwarehousesto\; ragefeesaroundCAD$5,000. Actual costs will apply.)

• Standard per piece: Pieces under 10KG are charged as 10KG.
• Oversized Length Surcharges:
  1. Longest side ≥110cm and <120cm: +150 RMB/piece; Longest side >120cm and ≤239cm: +250 RMB/piece; Longest side ≥240cm and ≤270cm: +850 RMB/piece.
  2. Second-longest side ≥70cm and ≤75cm: +250 RMB/piece; Pieces with a second-longest side exceeding 75cm are not accepted.
  3. Any single side exceeding 270cm requires a special quotation.
• Oversized Girth Surcharges (Length + (Width + Height) x 2):
  • Girth ≥260cm and ≤320cm: +755 RMB/piece.
  • Girth >320cm and <410cm: +800 RMB/piece.
  • Girth exceeding 410cm requires a special quotation.
• Overweight Surcharges (per piece):
  1. Actual weight ≥22kg and ≤30kg: +230 RMB/piece.
  2. Actual weight >30kg and ≤40kg: +755 RMB/piece.
  3. Actual weight ≥41kg and ≤65kg: +800 RMB/piece.
  4. Actual weight exceeding 65kg requires a special quotation.
• Non-Standard Packaging Fee (+200 RMB/piece):
  Applies to:
  • Irregular packaging, soft packaging (e.g., plastic bags, bubble mailers).
  • Items not fully enclosed in corrugated cardboard.
  • Any item secured with metal, plastic, or cloth straps.

  • 【Packaging】 Any package with an outer container not made of corrugated cardboard (e.g., canvas, leather, metal, wood, hard/soft plastic, foam).
