Q: Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our quotes are transparent and include major charges such as freight and fuel surcharges. Any potential additional fees (customs duties, remote area surcharges) are communicated upfront before you commit.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large volumes?
Yes. We provide tiered discounts for regular clients and high-volume shipments. The more you ship monthly, the greater the discount. Contact your account manager for a customized pricing plan.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

2. Transit Time & Shipping

Q: How long does air freight to the US take?
Air freight to major US cities typically takes 5-7 business days, including customs clearance. Remote destinations may require an additional 1-3 days.
Q: How long does sea freight to the US take?
Sea freight to the US West Coast (Los Angeles/Long Beach) takes approximately 15-20 days, and to the East Coast about 25-30 days. This includes booking, loading, ocean transit, customs clearance, and delivery.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer express air freight services (3-5 business days) for urgent restocking, exhibition samples, or time-sensitive shipments.
Q: Do you ship on weekends and holidays?
Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and public holidays, but in-transit shipments are unaffected - customs clearance and delivery continue as normal. We recommend scheduling shipments in advance.
Q: How long does delivery take after the cargo arrives at port?
After customs clearance, US domestic delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. Full container loads (FCL) can be trucked directly to your warehouse; less-than-container loads (LCL) are delivered by local courier.

3. Shipping & Restrictions

Q: What items cannot be shipped?
Prohibited items include: flammable/explosive materials, corrosive substances, radioactive materials, drugs and controlled substances, live animals and plants, counterfeit/IP-infringing goods, firearms and ammunition. Please consult our team for the complete restricted items list.
Q: What are the size and weight limits?
For air freight, individual packages generally should not exceed 70kg with total dimensions under 300cm. Sea freight has no strict limits - oversized or overweight cargo can be arranged with special solutions. We recommend keeping individual packages under 25kg for easier handling.
Q: Do I need to pack the goods myself?
We recommend clients pack their own goods to ensure safety. We can provide packing guidelines. If you need repacking services, our warehouse team can assist for an additional fee. Use sturdy cartons with proper internal cushioning.
Q: Do you offer door pickup?
Yes. We offer pickup service within Shenzhen (free in select areas). Clients outside Shenzhen can ship goods to our Shenzhen warehouse. Warehouse address is provided upon order confirmation.
Q: Can I consolidate multiple orders into one shipment?
Absolutely. Goods from multiple orders can be consolidated at our warehouse for combined shipment, saving on freight costs. Free warehouse storage for up to 7 days.

4. Customs & Duties

Q: Do you handle US customs clearance?
Yes. We provide full US customs clearance services with an experienced team and long-standing partnerships with US customs brokers. Customs clearance fees are included in our quotes.
Q: What is the US duty-free threshold?
The US de minimis threshold is $800. Shipments with a declared value under $800 are typically duty-free (subject to US Customs determination). For values above $800, duties apply based on the HTS code of the goods.
Q: How can I reduce customs duty costs?
We can assist with proper valuation and HTS code classification, but all declarations must be truthful. We recommend researching your product's duty rate in advance for accurate cost planning.
Q: What documents are needed for customs clearance?
Typically: commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading/waybill. Special products may require certificates of origin, FDA clearance, FCC certification, etc. We will inform you of required documents in advance.
Q: How long does customs clearance take?
Standard clearance takes 1-3 business days. If selected for inspection, it may take 5-7 business days. We track the entire process and keep you informed of the status.

5. Tracking & After-Sales

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A tracking number is provided upon dispatch. You can track online via our website or contact customer service. Air freight and express shipments offer real-time tracking; sea freight provides vessel schedule and port arrival updates.
Q: What if my goods arrive damaged?
If you notice external damage upon delivery, please take photos and refuse the shipment, then contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after signing, please report within 48 hours with photo evidence, and we will assist with the claims process.
Q: What is the compensation for lost cargo?
Under international shipping terms, uninsured cargo is compensated at a multiple of freight charges (up to 2x for sea freight, up to 2x for air freight). We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for high-value shipments - premiums are approximately 1%-3% of the declared value.
Q: Can I change the delivery address?
Free address changes are allowed before dispatch. Changes after dispatch but before clearance may incur fees. Once out for delivery after clearance, address changes are generally not possible. Please confirm delivery details when placing your order.
Q: How do I request a refund?
For delays or service issues caused by Wuyou Express, you may apply for compensation or refund. Our team will verify and provide a resolution. Force majeure events (customs inspections, weather, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.

6. FBA Logistics

Q: Does Wuyou Express provide FBA freight forwarding?
Yes. FBA freight forwarding is one of our core services. We offer air and sea freight from China to Amazon FBA warehouses in the US, including customs clearance and delivery to FBA fulfillment centers.
Q: Should I choose FBA air or sea freight?
Choose air freight for urgent restocking (5-7 days to FBA), fast-ship sea freight for regular inventory (15-20 days), and standard sea freight for bulk stocking (25-30 days). A combined strategy - sea freight for routine stock and air freight for gaps - is recommended.
Q: Do I need to apply FBA labels?
Yes. Each unit requires an FNSKU label, and each outer carton needs a Shipping Label. We offer labeling services for an additional fee, or you can label goods yourself before shipping to our warehouse.
Q: What if Amazon rejects my FBA shipment?
Rejections usually occur due to incorrect labels, non-compliant packaging, or oversize/overweight items. We pre-check shipments before dispatch. If rejection occurs, we can arrange return, relabeling, and re-delivery (additional fees apply).
Q: Can I ship to multiple FBA warehouses?
Yes. A single shipment can be distributed to different FBA centers based on Amazon's placement plan. FCL shipments go directly to FBA warehouses; LCL shipments are delivered by local courier.
Q: How do I insure FBA cargo?
We offer cargo insurance covering the entire transit from origin warehouse to FBA check-in. Premiums are approximately 1%-3% of declared value. We strongly recommend insurance for high-value FBA shipments.
